In 2008 Ernst & Young AG commissioned us for the third time to plan,
organise and conduct the joint works outing for their branches in Leipzig, Dresden and Erfurt in the autumn.
The content and aim of the event was to reinforce personal bonds between the teams of the three branches and
to encourage the exchange of ideas and experience between the employees in a pleasant atmosphere.

In September 2008 IBM Deutschland Customer Support Services GmbH held its
annual summer party and commissioned us to organise all aspects of the event. The location we selected in
association with the client, with whom we have been collaborating since 2000, was a romantic estate with an indoor
riding arena near Erfurt.

It is a huge logistics task to hold concerts by top-class artists there.

products since 2003. The forum instructed us to organise the complete production of the event for the 2007 festival.
Following an intense search, we found an outstanding event site in the shape of the Rhine Industrial Museum in Oberhausen.

BLG Logistics Solutions GmbH instructed us to organise the celebrations
marking the ten-year anniversary of the IKEA logistics centre in Erfurt.
To mark this positive occasion, approx. 200 members of staff and their families – about 600 guests in all –
were invited to attend the summer festival on the company‘s premises on 10 June 2007.

In 2006 Bosch Fahrzeugelektrik Eisenach GmbH put a new logistics centre
into operation. The official opening took place in July 2006.
Our task as the event organisation agency was to plan and carry out the festivities for the company’s staff
and business partners and to arrange an Open Day for the families and friends of the employees.
